Article 3 : official texts

3.1  Both the English and the French texts of this Agreement are official. In this Agreement, the use of the masculine gender includes the feminine without discrimination. In view of the fact that the conditions of employment for the employees in this bargaining unit are set out in this Agreement, it is understood that in the event of contradiction between a provision in this Agreement and any other custom, rule, policy or practice of the University, the provisions in this Agreement prevails.
