Article 14 : jobs postings

14.1 The University may create regular or part-time positions.

14.2 The University shall post any recruitment or postings that it wishes to fill on their website for a period of ten (10) calendar days outlining the job classification, required qualifications and wages.

If the University is posting a regular or part-time position, the University adds the hours of work for information purposes and will sent electronically to the staff a notice that a position is posted. The employee with the most seniority who has applied and satisfies the normal job requirements, will be offered the position.
