Article 13 : evaluation
13.1 The Parties agree that the main goals of evaluation are to ensure that workload duties are being performed satisfactorily and to improve the quality of work by assisting the employee to develop their skills.
13.2 The University shall conduct one (1) evaluation per calendar year. The evaluation will take place at the end of the employee’s first (1st) or second (2nd) session working regular shifts at the pool, and then annually thereafter.
13.3 The Head-Lifeguard will assist the immediate supervisor in the evaluation process. The Manager will write and sign the document as the University’s representative.
