Article 29 : time off for union business
When approved by one of the Assistant Directors, the University will reimburse at regular job classification rate, a union delegate to represent one or more employees in a meeting with one or more University representatives, regarding an employment relationship, a disciplinary matter, a grievance investigation or a settlement of a grievance, excepting Stage Three - Arbitration.
The University will give time off, without loss of salary, to one (1) employee of the Maintenance Division and one (1) employee of the Operation Division, to attend bargaining sessions between the Parties.
