Article 20 : aquatic instructional course

20.1 All aquatic instructional courses offered as part of the University of Ottawa Sports Services curriculum shall be the sole responsibility of CUPE (Aquatic Instructors and Specialized Aquatic Instructors). Current practices allowing external client groups or organizations to rent the University of Ottawa swimming pool for the purpose of providing aquatic instruction to their patrons with their own aquatic instructors, shall be maintained.
