ARTICLE 10 : PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
10.1* The establishment of a high-quality classroom learning environment is beneficial to both Parties and course evaluations shall be conducted in all classes.
10.2* Performance evaluations shall be conducted by the Employer. The performance management tool to be used is as established by the Employer.
10.3* Where the Employer finds an Employee’s work performance to be unsatisfactory, the Employee may be disciplined in accordance with Article 11 (Discipline and Dismissal).
