Article 5 : no strike and lockout

5.1 The Association undertakes that there will be no strike and the Employer undertakes that the will be no lockout for the duration of this Agreement. The meaning of the term strike and lockout shall be defined by the applicable Ontario Labour Relations Act.

5.2 The Employer agrees that it shall not ask Employees to do any of the work of striking or locked-out employees of the University, nor ask Employees to do any of the work of striking or locked-out employees of the University on other premises.
