Article 10 : performance evaluation

10.1 The establishment of a high-quality classroom learning environment is beneficial to both Parties and course evaluations shall be conducted in all classes.

10.2 Performance evaluations shall be conducted by the Employer. The performance management tool to be used is as established by the Employer.

10.3 Where the Employer finds an Employee’s work performance to be unsatisfactory, the Employee may be disciplined in accordance with Article 11 (Discipline and Dismissal).
