  • diseases caused by exposure to substances associated with a process, trade or profession in an area of activity
  • diseases specific to, or characteristic of, a process, trade or profession in an area of activity
  • a health condition requiring that the worker’s exposure to a substance be temporarily or permanently halted, because the condition may be a sign of an occupational disease
  • a disease described in appendixes 3 and 4 attached.
