Article 10 : team meetings

10.1 Employees required to attend team meetings will be paid for a minimum of three (3) hours at the Lifeguard rate. In the case of exclusive Head Lifeguard meetings, employees shall be paid the Head Lifeguard rate.

10.2 If the meeting runs for more than three (3) hours, the employee will be paid for the duration of the team meeting.

10.3 If the meeting takes place immediately before or after work, the employee is paid for the time spent at the meeting.
