Article 21 : transfer

21.1 In the event the University establishes a campus at another location, employees will be granted preference of similar positions. The University agrees to notify all employees prior to commencement of operations in order that they may make application. Such transfers will be considered at the employee’s request, and the employee shall continue to enjoy full seniority rights and such privileges as may have been granted to him during his past service.
